In this video, I took on the challenge of building a tiny 3D-printed FPV tank that you can control using your smartphone! Itās a super fun and creative project that combines electronics, 3D printing, and some cool coding. Let me walk you through the process and all the challenges I faced along the way.

Steps in the Build:
1ļøā£ 3D Design & Printing:
I designed the tank body in Fusion 360, keeping it compact yet functional. After printing all the parts, the precision was spot-on, making assembly seamless. Let me know your thoughts on the design in the comments!
2ļøā£Custom PCB Creation:
To make the wiring neat and efficient, I designed a custom PCB for the project. I created the Gerber files and had the PCBs manufactured. This step really took the project to the next level in terms of professionalism.
3ļøā£ Assembly & Testing:
After assembling everything, I faced some issues. The tank didnāt work as expectedāthe camera powered up, but the motors didnāt spin. After troubleshooting, I realized the microcontroller might need a step-up converter for better voltage supply. Reprogramming and testing without the camera made the tank functional, but connectivity was still an occasional challenge.
Despite the hiccups, the tank ran smoothly in its final test, and Iām already brainstorming ways to improve it. Expect an upgraded version soon!
