In our short film series, This Time Will Be Different, we spoke to six people who have been on The Body Coach app for one year about the impact it's had on their lives. How did they stick to it, and what advice do they have to others on their own health and fitness journeys?
"I have become much fitter and more confident in myself," said Kelly. "I really struggled in the beginning. Iβve learnt that changes take time and Iβve become more patient. As my fitness levels increased I took on another challenge at the age of 40 I completed my first ever race, jumping in at the deep end I completed the Bracknell Half Marathon. Never in my life did I think that this would be possible."

"I signed up to the app mainly wanting to lose weight as a 52-year-old, but have experienced a massive improvement in my mood and general mental health and have so much more confidence," said Vicky. "Iβve never done anything like this before and have lost around 18kg in 6-7 months. Iβve recommended it to all my friends and work colleagues who have been blown away by the results!"
