We just can't #LetItGo how cute Olaf is! Come see him at Symbio Wildlife Park these school holidays and get ready to sing, “Do you wanna build a snowman?” ⛄️
Born here at Symbio Wildlife Park, Olaf has albinism which caused by a genetic variation that affects the production of melanin. In albino animals like Olaf, this variation results in a complete lack of pigmentation, giving him his distinctive white fur and pale pink eyes.
❄️ Some wallabies are worth melting for 😉💙
Comment 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 if you LOVE Olaf as much as we do!

We filmed our latest TVC 'Memory Makers' to showcase that here at Symbio we are more than just a zoo, we're a place where you can make magical memories.
The majority of the commercial was filmed in 8k on Red Raptor with Atlas’ Mercury Anamorphic lenses, to give it a different look and feel.
Symbio Wildlife Park is a family-owned and operated wildlife park located on the Southern outskirts of Sydney, Australia. A place where you can cuddle up to koalas for the ultimate photo with a koala, hand feed kangaroos and all our farmyard friends, get behind-the-scenes with red pandas, meerkats, lemurs, or meet our wombat, emus, reptiles, cheetahs, and more.
Symbio is a different kind of zoo, we have never focused on cramming as many species as possible into a space, we create homes, not exhibits for the animals that live here. Visitors feel immersed in their space, and can actually get close to the animals. Most importantly our animals are happy and loved beyond belief.
Ever wondered how tiny the world's smallest monkey babies are? Well if you look down at your thumb, that's roughly how big they are. Meet the irresistible Pygmy Marmoset twins 'Charlie' and 'Coco' who were born last month right here at Symbio.

Just as many children across Australia are starting their Kindergarten journey and preparing to start big school next year, this week Bana the Koala Joey here at Symbio Wildlife Park has started his own journey towards Koala Kindergarten.
With his first keeper handling session occurring this week, albeit with the comfort of a Koala plush toy, and his doting mother 'Imogen' never being far away, the adorable koala joey successfully entered into Koala Kindergarten.
As he becomes more confident over the coming months, he will slowly be introduced to last year's joeys who have formed the closest bond, and start venturing more and more around sanctuary independent from his mother 'Imogen'.
Handling captive bred Koalas such as Bana is vital for their well-being, as not only does it help forge trust and a deep connection with his Zookeeper 'Liz', it also allows zookeepers to do their weekly weighing, vet checks, and relocation amongst the trees in the exhibit without any stress.
Bana forms part of an ever-growing captive-bred insurance population, which especially now that the koala is listed as an endangered species is so important for the long-term survival of the species.
Here at Symbio you can book your very own Koala experience, where Liz will take you in to meet of all koalas, as you cuddle up to them for your once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunity, and learn all about their plight in the wild, and what we are doing to turn the tables on extinction.

If you are looking for the best place to feed and interact with Kangaroos or Koalas when visiting Australia, take the 40-minute trip South of Sydney and head to Symbio Wildlife Park. It is by far the best experience you can have!
Ellie, a tiny Koala joey from Symbio Wildlife Park in Sydney, Australia has formed the most adorable with a Zoo Keeper named Tami.
Although Ellie is being raised by her Mother 'Grace', Tami, who is the native animal zookeeper at Symbio, has been part of Ellie's life from the very beginning.
With Ellie now being 11 months, she has grown so use to Tami being around and being part of her life that she started coming over to her for interaction and affection, just like she would from her own Mother.
Now Ellie comes over to her specifically for the cutest of Koala cuddles, ear scratches and of cause belly rubs which are her absolute favourite.
Life as a Koala joey is amazing. Wake up to morning cuddles, eat, get more cuddles, sleep whilst cuddling, and you guessed it, more cuddles from Mum. These are the first few days for little Ellie after she emerged from her mother's pouch and started to discover the world for the very first time.
As with any child, the world is full of amazement, new smells, tastes and sights.
Koala joeys are born the size of a jelly bean, and at birth, they have to wriggle into their mother's pouch, find a teat and will stay inside the pouch for around 7 months until big and strong enough to start emerging.
Their mother will feed them excrement called 'Pap' during this time, which helps their body establish vital gut bacteria into his or her digestive tract. This unique bacterium is what allows koalas to digest eucalyptus leaf, which is very tough and fibrous.
Excited to announce the arrival of the tiniest babies you are ever likely to see to first-time parents 'Pepper' and 'Mateo'.
Born weighing less than 15 grams, which is less than a tablespoon of butter, the tiny twins are just starting to grow in confidence and venture off the loving backs of their parents.
Pygmy marmosets are super tiny and cute! These little guys live in the rainforests of South America and are the smallest monkeys in the world. They weigh only about 100 grams and measure up to 15 centimeters in length once fully grown.
But don't let their small size fool you. Pygmy marmosets are full of personality and cuteness. Their fur is super soft and fluffy, usually brown or gray with dark rings around their eyes. And let's not forget about their tails – they're longer than their bodies and used for balance and communication.
These little monkeys are social creatures, hanging out in family groups with a mated pair and their offspring. They communicate with each other using high-pitched chirps and whistles, and they mark their territory and talk to other groups using their sense of smell.
But the best part about pygmy marmosets is their behavior. They're so incredibly playful and energetic, jumping around from branch to branch and chasing each other like crazy. They even cuddle up and groom each other to show affection. How sweet is that?
Just look at the way in which our zookeepers weigh our Pygmy Marmosets. They are so tiny a kitchen scale is needed to get accurate weights.
