Today, we’re kicking off an awesome train adventure across Malaysia, and first stop—Seremban! 🎉

We start bright and early, grabbing a ride with a Grab driver who proudly calls Seremban home. Then it’s off to KL Sentral, where the station is full with Chinese New Year energy! 🏮✨ Free trains to Batu Caves, packed platforms, and a so many people—it’s chaos, but the fun kind!

We share a few travel hacks—you're welcome! 😉 and then we hop on the ETS Train 🚄 and settle in for the ride. The train is smooth, the food is simple but hits the spot (hello, nasi lemak! 🍛), and the views… well, let’s just say I tried to capture the lush Malaysian jungle, but ended up filming a housing estate instead. Classic. 😂

Fast forward to Seremban—this station has Old colonial architecture vibes, a touch of history, and, uh… a bit of termite damage. We grab a Grab (pun intended) and head to our hotel, which turns out to be a bit of a mistake—but hey, the food scene saves the day! 🍽️

We discover an amazing local eatery where we devour some next-level Malaysian fried chicken and the coconut infused nasi lemak. 💥 Locals give us tips on hidden gems, so tomorrow’s looking very promising!

Join us on our final day in Albania as we take one last walk through the vibrant streets of Tirana, heading to our favourite local restaurant for a farewell feast.

Arriving at Tujani's, we’re greeted warmly by Vani the talented chef behind some of the best meals we’ve had in Albania. Today, we let the experts guide our choices, starting with a smooth local raki, a hearty pumpkin soup and a fresh salad. Then comes the star of the meal: Tavë Dheu, a sizzling dish of beef baked with rich, creamy ricotta. Unexpectedly, we also get to try beef tongue, a dish that surprises us with its tenderness and deep flavour.

As the meal winds down, we make room for Sheqerpare (Albanian Shortbread Cookies), paired with a strong coffee.

This meal isn’t just about the food; it’s about the warmth, hospitality, and unforgettable moments we’ve had in Albania. As we sip our coffee and savour the last bites, we reflect on our time here, grateful for every experience.

If you ever find yourself in Tirana, trust me—get to Tujani's and let them choose your meal. You won’t regret it.

Join Michele and I on our last day in Tirana, Albania, as we take you on a farewell journey through our favourite spot in the city. The sun has come out to bid us goodbye, making it a perfect day for one final walk around the neighbourhood we’ve come to love..

We’ll explore charming alleyways, bustling streets, and a hidden corner of Tirana that feels like a village tucked within the city. Along the way, you’ll see the changes happening here, with new highways and roundabouts under construction, and how it’s impacting the community.

We also dive into Albania’s food culture, visiting a friendly butcher with the best jerky in town and sharing stories about *rakia* – the homemade fruit brandy that’s a staple of life here. You’ll see colourful olive trees, vibrant fruit markets, and the everyday life that makes this city so special.

The hills may leave us out of breath, but the stunning mountain views and warm greetings from locals make it all worthwhile. Sadly, we find our favourite cheesecake café closed due to construction, but the spirit of Tirana – the resilience, friendliness, and beauty – remains ever present.

This video is not just about saying goodbye to a city but celebrating the moments, people, and little surprises that have made our time in Tirana unforgettable. Thank you, Albania, for the memories – and stay tuned for our next adventure!
