Meet Zoltan Horkai, a renowned animal trainer who runs the Horkai Animal Training Center in Budapest, Hungary. With credits as an animal trainer in media such as in Wednesday (2022), Midsommar (2019) and Blood & Chocolate (2007), Zoltan runs one of the leading animal training companies for the international film and TV industry.
Zoltan and his business partner Peter travel to Poland to prepare for a high-stakes movie shoot with wolves. The crew scouts a beautiful location in the Polish Mountains, where the wolves must react to blood and interact with carcasses in challenging scenes. However, things take an unexpected turn when one of the wolves, Rufus, falls ill, jeopardizing the pack’s dynamics and putting their safety at risk. Zoltan rushes Rufus to the vet, and after learning it's a treatable condition, he focuses on training the other wolves for the movie scenes.
Later, the team heads to Turkey for a new project, where Zoltan faces additional challenges with the local wildlife and the pack's behavior, especially due to the wolves' mating season. With tight schedules and unpredictable moments, Zoltan uses creative methods to get the wolves to perform on cue for the director. Despite the hurdles, the shoot wraps up successfully, with Zoltan reflecting on the intense bond between him and his wolves, as well as the positive impact his work has on the local community's perception of wolves.

Explore the Amazon rainforest, the largest and most biodiverse on Earth. Covering over 3.2 million square kilometers, the Amazon is home to countless species that have adapted to its unique and challenging environment. The forest is a delicate balance between land and water, with seasonal floods shaping the lives of its inhabitants. From the powerful harpy eagle to the industrious leaf-cutter ants, the creatures of the Amazon are locked in an ongoing struggle for survival. The trees use toxins to protect their leaves while encouraging animals to spread their seeds, and animals like woolly monkeys play a crucial role in this ecosystem. The floodwaters create new habitats for fish, sloths, and other animals, while also presenting challenges like the loss of food sources and the risk of drowning. As the rains subside and the forest begins to dry out, the cycle of life continues, demonstrating the resilience of the creatures that call this vast and dangerous place home.
