Psych2Go is a Youtube channel that started in 2017 with the mission of making mental health and psychology accessible to everyone around the world. This was achieved through creating light hearted animated content featuring a white marshmallow looking mascot with the iconic two-leaves on its head. The leaves symbolizing ever lasting growth. When water properly, it will sprout to be very green and big. Fast forward to 2024, post covid, psych2go has built a wonderful community of young and mature people who are passionate about taking care of their mental health while learning more about how to help those around them as well. We are so proud of this amazing community that otherwise would not have existed should the decision to start a Youtube channel not happen. Staying true to our grass root approach of involving community members, fans and friends, we hope to collectively move the world into an elevated state of mental wellbeing.

Empaths are often seen as real-life superheroes—deeply compassionate, intuitive, and wired to help others. But when it comes to narcissists, this strength can become their greatest weakness. Narcissists thrive on the empathy and kindness of others, turning it into a never-ending fuel source while giving nothing back.
If you’ve ever felt trapped in an exhausting cycle with a narcissist, this video serves up some hard-to-swallow truths. It’s time to break free from the covert contracts, illusions, and emotional traps that keep empaths stuck. Understanding these six truths can be uncomfortable, but they’re necessary for self-preservation and healing.
🚨 **Key Takeaways:**
✔ Narcissists *never* fulfill unspoken emotional contracts.
✔ You can’t save someone who doesn’t want help.
✔ Emotional thinking can’t replace logic.
✔ Narcissists are morally bankrupt and unpredictable.
✔ The love they gave was an illusion.
✔ Real love does *not* include abuse.
It’s time to reclaim your energy, set firm boundaries, and walk away from the narcissist’s control. If any of these truths resonate with you, share your thoughts in the comments. Your experience could help someone else break free, too.
📌 Disclaimer: This video is not intended to demonize anyone with narcissistic traits or NPD. Its purpose is to validate those who have suffered from narcissistic abuse and help them recognize harmful patterns so they can heal and protect themselves. If you or someone you know is struggling, seeking professional help can be a valuable step toward growth and understanding.

*Feeling lonely isn’t always obvious—sometimes, it hides behind a smile.* With Valentine’s Day approaching, it’s easy to brush it off as just another day. But for many, seeing couples everywhere can bring up feelings of loneliness, even if they don’t show it. That’s why we created this video—to highlight the *hidden signs of loneliness* and raise awareness about how it can affect those around us.
