I initially set out to survive 24 hours only using a hand spear to catch my food, and a tinny with some limited essentials to explore the mangrove islands. This adventure went well over the 24 hour mark as we explored further than planned, rescued a stranded turtle, and persisted in catching the monster mud crab for a campfire cook up!

After a long and crappy couple of months we are finally back out on the water with some good days of weather predicted ahead. The cooler temperatures have cleared up the bay, so crayfish & tuskfish are on the menu.
