Today we are helping makeover a room that needs some major organization. We met a random stranger who needed help with his mountains of books and we stepped in to help give him a room that is both beautiful and functional. In this quick fix series we really try to go in and assess a space and in a short amount of time get it to a better more useful state and of course make it more aesthetically pleasing. The hero of this makeover is going to be our Luna Cabinets, and in a big bold color, Lilac! We also help the home owner rearrange his layout to make more practical sense and to flow better for his everyday use. I love organization projects and this before and after won't disappoint. Today I'm showing you how to completely transform a room in your house with only 1 hour! You can be creative in your space and make bold choices that make you love your room. We got to meet Nicole who needed help with her tired living room, with her thrifted and broken couch and interesting accent chair lol. We helped her achieve something she didn't think was possible including a gorgeous full wall peel and stick mural and brand new furniture that we gifted her for free! She loved the process and loved the makeover and the before and after was definitely incredible especially considering how quickly we pulled it together. Our hope is you can watch today's video and find inspiration for your DIY makeover and learn how to both give new life to existing things you have and what kind of new items you can bring in to complete a space. The before of this living room makeover was so drastically different than the after. We brought in color, playfulness and so much fun!

In today's episode I'm facing my fear of talking to strangers and going up to random people on the street and asking them questions about their homes and if we can help them makeover their space! And we are doing it all for FREE. Oh and you can also win one of the items we use in the space as well!

Everyone has that pesky area of their house that could use a little interior design magic so my hope is some people will let me give them a quick fix on their problem area. In today's episode we meet Daelyn, who was on a break from her job at Starbucks when we randomly met and I asked her questions about her home and if I could come over to help out, and guess what, SHE SAID YES! So we went over to Daelyn's place and within an hour we completely transformed a sad college house into a colorful fun living room. Of course we did the whole thing for free and used our DIY skills (with Daelyn's help) to quickly bring in a pop of color and playful architectural detail with our DIY peel and stick checker wallpaper covered plywood backdrop! We also gave her one of our brand super popular lift-top coffee tables because what college student doesn't need a multi-purpose lift-top coffee table to study, eat and relax in front of. It's a perfect space-saving and clutter-saving solution for any living space. We also solved the dilemma of her thrifted and broken tv stand by replacing it with a brand new Mr. Kate Luna TV stand in parchment. Her current tv stand is way to small for their tv and is broken. And lastly we celebrate her thrifted couch because it looks good! We just add styling elements to it with throw pillows and blankets and some other plant and decor touches around the room, and voila, it's a complete room transformation for a total stranger in under an hour! Of course she loved the room transformation. Hard not to love something that's free, but what do you think of this room makeover before and after reveal!?
