To Mk. 4 R32, or Mk. 5 R32? That... is the question. Most of us VW enthusiasts are adamant about one or the other, as both have their strengths (and flaws). I'll always be partial to the Mk. 4's, but do you think is better?
There are definitely worse ways to spend $70, but I genuinely cannot remember the last time I've used this etching tool from Snap-On. I DO remember having a pretty rough day at the dealer, and I probably took some rage out on the tool truck. Good thing it wasn't on a torque wrench...
When installing car audio, it usually helps to have your speakers IN THE CAR before checking the output. No wonder I thought my ears were playing tricks... there was literally no audio coming out of the passenger side...
Before going all in on installing your new car audio, there are a few things you've gotta keep in mind. If you follow these rules of thumb, you're going to have a much easier time installing those new speakers & amps!
After I swapped toy R32 transmission, ,it has this really weird problem. Lets hope the Speed sensor fixes it

It's been a year since we transformed my wrecked Mk. 7.5 Golf R into this beast of an "RSR" with a DAZA swap and bodykit transformation. Obviously it goes deeper than that, but for real... this was one of the most involved and rewarding projects I've ever done. Now, we've gotta get this thing right for Euro Tripper down in Florida, since we haven't driven it at all since SEMA...
I got the chance to check out this Wera Koloss the other day. It LITERALLY has a hammer side built into the wrench, which is perfect for me if you've seen any of my videos! I could also see the extension coming in handy for deep spaces underneath a car. I gotta know... would this be worth trying out in a future episode?
When grounding ANY type of wire, it's essential to ground to an unpainted surface with a properly fit eyelet that doesn't move around too much. If at all possible, use a multimeter to determine where the best spots are to put the ground.
