This is a video of flooding at Polliwog Park in Manhattan Beach California, which is in Los Angeles County. On this day, there was very heavy rain, which flooded polliwog Pond, which is in Polliwog Park. Whenever there is a heavy rainfall, then the pond floods and covers the playground. There is a pump station that pumps the water out of the pond, but it never has enough power to keep up with the flooding when there are days and days of heavy rain. This always happens at Polliwog Park in Manhattan Beach, and the local people have learned to expect it every time there’s heavy rain. This video shows you how to remove the rear wheel on a bike with a three speed Shimano Nexus rear hub shifter. Removing the back wheel on your bike with a three speed internally geared hub is very easy if the hub is a Shimano Nexus, three speed hub. The Shimano Nexus bike hub is designed to be removed with one bolt so that you can change the wheel, and then you can quickly attach the shifter back to the hub when the wheel is back on the bike. This video shows you exactly how to change the rear wheel on a bicycle that has a three speed Cable shifted Shimano Nexus rear wheel hub. 

Normally, you can use a bicycle crank removal tool to remove bicycle cranks from the bottom bracket. Sometimes, a crank removal tool is not strong enough to remove the cranks from the bike bottom bracket. When this video, I show you how to remove cranks that are stuck tightly onto a bottom bracket and can’t be removed with a traditional bicycle crank remover. I used a generic puller and a bolt to put extra pressure on the crank and remove it from the bike’s bottom bracket. This is not an ideal way to remove a stuck crack from a bicycle bottom bracket, as you might do some damage to the crank and bend it while you are removing it, but if you are planning to replace the crank and the bottom bracket, then this method will work without damaging the bike frame. If you have no other options, and a traditional bicycle crank remover doesn’t work, then try my method of removing a crank that is stuck on the bottom bracket using a generic puller tool.
