Intel is trying to compete with Ryzen AI 9 laptops but when it comes to temperatures, performance, heat and battery life, they might have gone too far for minimal gains. Then again, if you need a thin and light ultra portable laptop with good multi threaded performance, the Ultra 9 285H could be an option vs the Ryzen AI 9 365 or HX 370. But against the Macbook Pro...well that's another matter.

It turns out the RTX 5090 is being held back. By how much? Let's talk about that. Because the RTX 5090 is supposed to be the fastest GPU in 2025 at 4K and 1440p, with and without ray tracing. But when we examined its gaming benchmarks, temperatures and power consumption something stood out. So we went deep to measure potential CPU bottlenecks, PCIe scaling and more.
NOTE: Some charts list X670E. Motherboard should be X870E.

The Lenovo Yoga Slim 9i dares to be different by trying brand new technologies (for the laptop market at least) that brings laptop design to the next level. The Phanteks G400A case is probably one of the best budget cases I've reviewed in a while. It has good build quality, awesome airflow, a bunch of included fans, some great looks...basically everything. But does that make it the "best" or just another competitor?
