Atomic Shrimp is about ideas. Ideas that lead to crafts, inventions and recipes, investigations, new skills, and the general appreciation of being alive. It's also about looking at the world with curiosity and wonder, appreciating the small things, loving the underdog and embracing new things at the same time as cherishing older traditions, or sometimes turning them upside down. This is the guide and script I used to (finally) get Davinci Resolve installed and working on Linux Mint (Cinnamon) 22.1: https://dev.to/annietaylorchen/how-to-install-davinci-resolve-19-beta-on-linux-mint-22-with-amd-radeon-graphics-card-1mfb
(this worked for me even though I have a different graphics card - I think because I had already installed drivers for it)
This is a recipe that I sometimes make as a quick and easy alternative to breaded or battered fried fish.
Recipe notes:
Ingredients:
4 white fish fillets
Oil (for greasing the pan)
75g crackers
100g walnuts
80g hard cheese, grated
Seasoning (I used some stock powder, but you could just use salt and pepper)
Fresh parsley
This cooked in about 15 minutes in a 200 Celsius fan oven. The fish is done as soon as the internal temperature reaches 64 Celsius

We've visited Chesil Beach quite a few times in recent videos, but let's see it from a different angle - the shore of the Fleet Lagoon.

If, like me, you recently received a notification about a price increase to your Microsoft 365 subscription, you might not realise you have a choice...
If you don't want Copilot, you can downgrade and pay the same price as before.

Not exactly a cooking challenge this time, but I wanted to capture and analyse costs for a thing that I do sometimes, when I want to stock the freezer with easy dinners.
There's a lot more optimisation possible to this process, as discussed at the end...
On the shepherd's/cottage pie thing, no, really - the 'rule' that people keep on about where 'shepherd's pie must be lamb' is a relatively recent thing - prior to that, these were two interchangeable names for the same dish - and the earliest recipes do not follow the supposed rule. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shepherd's_pie#Shepherd's_pie
