Also, for anyone interested in why I have to arse about with batteries, there's an intrinsic flaw in Panasonic camcorders (of which I have two different ones) which introduces noise into any passive microphone used while the camera is connected to mains power. I may have to use a separate sound recorder if the battery situation gets worse. Piffle!

And for anyone wondering what the furry thingies are in the background later on that I don't mention, they were a pair of keyrings which were a lot less interesting than they seemed when I bought them, so I didn't re-film that bit.
