Recipe
For the filling
Condensed milk - 1 can (370g)
Butter - 40-50g
Coconut shavings - 150g
For caramel
Sugar - 200g
Water - 100 ml
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Dye as desired
Pour condensed milk into a frying pan, add butter and heat over medium heat stirring until butter dissolves. Add coconut chips and stir constantly until mixture is pliable. About 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan and allow mixture to cool well. Roll balls or hearts, insert sticks and put in the freezer for 40-60 minutes to harden the mass well and not run away from the skewers.
For caramel pour sugar with water, add lemon juice (do not stir) and bring to a boil on medium heat. After boiling caramel boils for about 15-20 minutes. Check for doneness by dropping a drop into ice water - a drop of caramel should take on a hard ball. Quickly dip all of our candy sticks into the caramel and then into the ice water. Put the candy in glasses and put back in the fridge until hardened. You can take them off the sticks, or you can eat them that way.

Ingredients:
Cookies -200 g
Nuts - 30-40 g
Butter 100 g
Cottage cheese - 600 g
Sour cream - 200 g
Powdered sugar - 130-150g
Juice of 1 orange about 100-120 ml (if there was not enough juice, you can add water)
Gelatin 13-14 g
Zest of 0,5-1 orange to taste
Chocolate 50 g and more for decoration
Chop cookies and nuts, add melted butter, mix well, tamp into a mold and put in the refrigerator.
You can zest the orange and squeeze out the juice.
Soak gelatin in orange juice for 15 minutes.
Beat the cottage cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar with a blender until smooth.
Heat gelatin until dissolved and add to the curd mixture. Whisk again. Add orange zest and grated chocolate.
Pour the mixture over the cookie layer and place in the refrigerator.

Ingredients for 3 servings:
Chicken fillet - 300-350g
Spinach - 100-125g
Walnuts - 50g (and a little more for decoration)
Garlic - 1-3 cloves (to taste)
Olive oil
Cream 20% - 200 ml
Salt, black pepper
Gorgonzola - 50-100 g (and a little more for decoration). Gorgonzola gives a spicy bitterness, so adjust the amount to your taste.
Favorite pasta for 3 servings
Hard parmesan cheese or similar.
Dice chicken fillets and fry in oil until golden.
Chop the spinach, toasted nuts, garlic, part of the cream and a spoonful of olive oil in a blender until puréed.
Add the creamed spinach to the chicken, pour in the remaining cream, add the spices and gorgonzola to taste. Stir and simmer briefly. Add the pasta cooked in aldente and leave for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with gorgonzola, toasted nuts, spinach leaves and grate some hard cheese on top.
